Methods of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the billing information on the credit card provided.

Returns

We pride ourselves in providing the highest standards of service and satisfaction to our customers. Therefore, we guarantee, without reservation, all merchandise ordered from our online store.

Returns with an original sales receipt:

Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. Items must be unworn, tags attached, and returned in original packaging. A return/exchange or even exchange does not serve as an original receipt. Due to the unique nature of our Handcrafted Leather Footstool, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns without an original sales receipt:

Refunds are based on the current selling price. Items must be unworn, tags attached, and returned in original packaging. A merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued for all returns without a sales receipt.

Sale/Clearance item returns:

All Promotional Sale/Clearance items purchased online are final sale.

Holiday Policy:

All items that are purchased after November 15th may be returned until January 7th. Full price items returned within the normal 14 day return period may be returned for store credit, merchandise exchange or a full credit card refund. Full price items returned outside the 14 day return period may be returned for store credit or merchandise exchange only. Items that are purchased on sale are final sale.

Orders

We process orders daily, and with few exceptions, ship them out within 1 or 2 working days of their receipt. When delivery is delayed for any reason, or a partial shipment is made, we will send you a confirmation of your order with an anticipated delivery date. No order placed after 9am will get shipped that day-with some exceptions. UPS pick up from our store is usually 3pm.

Backorders

Regardless of how professionally we anticipate our inventory needs, there are times when merchandise is backordered. If an item you order is backordered, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to change the order, cancel the order or wait for the merchandise to arrive.
